All the Travel Consultants affiliated with Ultimate Luxury All Inclusive are Certified Sandals Specialists and are focused on making sure each and every Client experiences the Sandals resort Vacation, Honeymoon, Couples get-a-way, or Wedding they envisioned when they started the planning process. They are also focused on making sure that they are available to the Client every step of the way from the planning stages until the Client steps off the plane at the end of their Sandals vacation experience. Client Service and product knowledge is what differentiates us from every other Travel Agency. Below, please find a small bio and background of each of the Travel Consultants affiliated with Ultimate Luxury all inclusive.

Sharon Millar - Co-Owner - Arizona

Sharon has over 20 years experience in the Travel Industry as both a Travel Agent and an Agency Manager. Sharon has managed both Business Travel and Leisure Travel Services, individual and group. Sharon is a Certified Sandals Specialist and a Gold Level Agent.  This means she has attended extensive Sandals Resort training, visited all the Sandals Resorts and has serves over 150 Sandals Clients.  She understands, completely, the day to day intricacies of managing a Travel Business as well as the many rules and regulations in today's complex Travel environment. Sharon has traveled extensively, both domestically and abroad. She is a firm believer that Customer Service and Product Knowledge are the main components of a top Travel Consultant. Her focus is on putting together the best Sandals vacation package at the best value and is completely familiar with which suppliers to use to accomplish that. Sharon specializes in Honeymoons, Romantic Vacations, Incentive Trips, and destination Weddings.

Geoff Millar - Co-Owner - Arizona

Geoff's background, surprisingly, is in the highly competitive computer software field. He spent 25 years in top level Sales & Marketing Management with 3 large computer software firms as well as co-owner of a number of successful entrepreneurial businesses. Geoff brings his business and customer service background to Ultimate Luxury All Inclusive. He has been directly involved in the Travel Industry for the last 8 years in both a Management and Travel Consultant role. Geoff is a certified Sandals Specialist and has visited all of the Sandals Resorts.  Geoff has also traveled extensively both domestically and abroad and shares a passion with Sharon for the Caribbean. He also is a firm believer that Customer Service and Product Knowledge are the main components of a top Travel Consultant.

Francine Jowdy-Independent Travel Consultant - Connecticut

Francine brings to Ultimate Luxury All Inclusive extensive experience in Hotel Management, event planning and Consultative Selling. Prior to joining Ultimate luxury All Inclusive as an independent contractor, Francine managed a state-of-the-art Corporate Hotel and Conference Center for Aetna Inc. It included a 450 bed hotel and training facility. Before the corporate world Francine owned 2 retail businesses. Francine is also a Certified Sandals Specialist.  Francine is extremely customer focused, listens well and has a unique ability to craft Sandals Resort travel solutions customized to the Clients particular needs. She has an open and honest style which encourages her Clients to return again and again. Francine has also traveled extensively and focuses on Client Service and product knowledge.

David Phelps - Independent Travel Consultant - Atlanta

David is 29 years old and has been selling memorable vacation experiences for 8 years. David has traveled to over 16 different countries throughout Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, and the Americas (including Hawaii). He is fluent in Spanish. David decided to attend Travel School after touring Europe for 2 weeks with nothing but $2,000 and a plane ticket. David has traveled his whole life and uses his expertise to help others with their travel plans. He is also a Certified Sandals Specialist.. David helps his clients get the most from their Sandals vacations by helping them plan their tours, activities, or custom itineraries for the more adventurous. This kind of knowledge and dedication to customer service makes David, an independent contractor, an asset to the Ultimate Luxury All-Inclusive Team.
